From naga at giasdl01.vsnl.net.in Mon Aug 27 09:39:32 1956 From: naga at giasdl01.vsnl.net.in (NAGRAJ ADVE) Date: Mon, 27 Aug 1956 09:39:32 +0530 Subject: [Reader-list] Arundhati Roy and the Threat to Free Speech in India today Message-ID: <20020215062829.7F76F410A3@nda.vsnl.net.in> I have another suggestion for the slightly longer term: that some body or organization collate and examine the numerous SC judgements over the last few years that are detrimental to people at large. As an example, one such that is not too widely known is the recent judgement in the SAIL/Air India case, that will adversely affect lakhs of contract workers in India.
