"Bandung Revisited: Migration And International Relations in Early
Postcolonial Asia."

Itty Abraham

Itty Abraham is a fellow at the East West Center, Washington, D.C.  He
was formerly program director at the Social Science Research Council.
He is the author of _The Making of the Indian Atomic Bomb_ and edited
the forthcoming _Illicit Flows and Criminal Things: States, Borders and
the Other Side of Globalization_.  His current research is on the
history of inter-state relations in post-colonial Asia.
